- First Name: So we can address you properly.
- Age: To get to know our community better.
- Country: To map out where our crystals have traveled.
- Crystal Photo: A clear picture of the bag with the crystal inside.
- Void Seals: Let us know if the void seals on the back of the bag have been broken or remain intact.
- Become a Part of the Gallery: Once you've messaged us, we'll create an entry for you in our gallery, showcasing you as the proud discoverer of a HoloShard crystal.
